Melaka - Malacca Zoo

Last stop at Malacca was The Malacca's Zoo.. Why zoo?? Because both of my sisters said they want to meet their friends there... (escpecially monkeys.. haha)... Actually it was because the Zoo was via our way back to Ipoh (actually Ipoh nothing compared to Malacca.. huhu.. maybe that's why Malacca motto state that visit Malacca means visit Malaysia..)...

Located at the front of Taman Buaya (Crocodile's Park), Zoo Malacca was one way to enjoy if you had bored with your life in town.. Looking and feeling the Flora and Fauna at the Zoo will make you feel comfortable and released!! That's what people always think and do since the life in town was full of stress, busy, with the polluted air while this Flora and Fauna world was trully different!! Trust me!!


The fees to enter here was Rm5 for adult and RM2 for children below 12 years old.. It was a very big Zoo with 54 acres land.. We entered here from the front then we walked slowly to see a wild animals here such as monkeys, birds, tapirs, elephants, tigers, chimpanzees and many more..

Actually we only walked quarter of the Zoo when my Mom said that she was tired.. So we decided to take a train (did I mention before?? Oh, sorry I forgot).. The prize only Rm2 for adult and RM1 for children.. Haha.. It was good but the route taken by the train only covered almost everything of the Zoo.. See!! What animal do you think we missed?? Of course the famous reptiles - SNAKES!! But it was ok la.. Maybe next time if we have more time.. Hehe.. Watch my video from the train below...

Melaka - Maritime Museum

After we went to the Taming Sari Tower we went back to our "temporary house" at Bukit Cina.. It was around 11pm.. After taking bath, I just went to sleep z.z.z.zz.z.z....

Wake up early in the morning, around 6 am... After pray and take a bath, I just looked around Bukit Cina from my house balcony.. What did I see?? Since it was called Bukit Cina, so the only things that exist was a hill full of Chinese graveyard... hehe.. For Chinese, if they placed their grave at the top of hill, they will gain a great "after life"... Believe it or not??


After having fried rice( I bought it at the stall behind... only rm2 plus one fried egg.. the prize is ok right??) , we then when back to Bandar Hilir just to look around Malacca from the car view.. Suprisingly, It was not jam!! Why?? Maybe because everybody busy at work since it was Monday morning plus mybe most of tourist had gone home.. Haha.. Actually, this morning we planned to go to the Maritime Museum which was next to the Taming Sari Tower..

We parked at the front of the tower, of course need to pay for 60cent per hour... Cheap right?.. Then we walked to the museum.. What interesting about the museum was the shape of the museum which take from a ship.. A very large ship!!



The ticket for entry was RM3 for adult and RM1 if you are still students... Opss! You need to take out you shoes when you enter inside the ship.. Hehe.. What was inside here? Of course since the name was Maritime Museum, so everthing was about maritime.. When you entered, there were a video presentation about the history of Malacca maritime, but I am not really interested because everything you have learned when we were taking History subject at the secondary school..

After following the stair to the below, you will see many replica of ships from the history and from many country such as China (they called it Jong), India, Portugese, Dutch, British, Malacca of sourse and many more.. They were also illustrated pictures here, some old money, everything was about maritime!! Just looked at the picture below...

By entering this Museum, it makes me remember of Pirates of The Carribean movie... Haha.. And also one of my favourite anime - One Piece.. Gomu gomu no!!! There are 2nd Maritime Museum next to this ship museum where here also lots of history about maritime in Malacca or Tanah Melayu (Malay Land)... At the front of the museum you can saw a Craft Center where here they sold many sourvenior for you to take home.. Next to it was a Navy Museum ) Muzium Tentera Laut).. But, we did not enter here... Maybe next time if there are time.. Hehe...

Melaka - Menara Taming Sari ( Taming Sari Tower)

Next stop was Taming Sari Tower.. According to people around here the tower had just being launch for a month and I checked through the internet, it is true! For more information visit... It is situated at Bandar Hilir besides the Dataran Pahlawan Megamall and near to the Traditional Foods Center and Mahkota Parade... Of course it is near to the A Famosa, Stadthuys buildings, Melaka river and also Maritim Museum.. On the other hand you can said it was at the center or Malacca..





What interesting about this tower is, we can see the whole Malacca here... Me and my family went at night so we can see the view from the top af Malacca at night.. You can view my video below, but the quality is a little bit low since I convert from avi format to 3gp.. Easy for me to upload it...









What about the fare? It is not very expensive, only rm10 per person for adult and rm 5 for children below 12 years old... As long as you show your mycard (means here the price valid for Malaysian only... for tourist it is rm20 per person)... The travel at this tower takes around 7 minutes where it takes 1 minutes to go up and down and it will stop at the top for 5 minutes.. It is a very amazing view from the top of Malacca.. Melaka - A' Famosa

Continued from Tiara Beach Resort after checkout at 12 pm, we planned to go to the Port Dickson beach but, the road was jam with too many cars everywhere and also no parking at all(maybe because all the resorts and hotels here checkout almost at the same time).. So we decided to continued our journey to Malacca..

After checked in at Telekom's training college hostel and have a break, we went for a rode at Malacca.. Actually we've never been there, so we just followed the signboard to any places that we might think interesting (it is very difficult since the signboard only show the name of the road.. hahaha).. Then, I suddenly saw a signboard shows Kota A Famosa.. Nice.. So we follow the road until we met a heavy traffic jam (since it is Sunday), and then found parking, so we pay just for RM4 for the parking until night..(cheap right? better than in JB.. huhu)

Here the journey continued....

The first place we met after our walk was the Stadthuys building.. The building was red in colour with a unique style.. It is actually a Dutch,s administrative buildings during 1650.. A Historic and Ethnography Museum with displays of traditional bridal costumes and other relics is located inside and we need to pay for rm2 per ticket (actually it is displayed rm4, but maybe there are discounts on that day..).. If you like history, so Malacca is the best place for you to go.. For me, it just looks likes a windows shopping.. Looked around and then gooo.. HAHA.. Then, from the Stadthuys building, we walked to the A Famosa.. Actually the are a beca(trishaw) station here, so if you want to try you can ride on it.. The prize I'm not sure since I don't asked them.. It was really high to get to the top af A Famosa.. It was a good excercise.. HAHA.. Nothing here, just an old almost broken building.. From to top of it you got the best view of Malacca.. What actually A Famosa? It is is a fortress gate builed by the Portuguese (A Famosa means The Famous in Portuguese) and it was among the oldest surviving european architectural remains in Asia..


It was tiring.. If you plan to walk around Malacca, I would suggest you yo wear sports outfit (haha.. sound funny but you will find it worth!).. Next to the A Famosa was the Dataran Pahlawan.. I do not know what are the story behind it.. But it is beautiful and somehow I remember football field ( EURO 2008 just around the corner.. haha).. There are Light and Sound persembahan (performance? dedication? tribute? oh no I forgot??) here before, but it was not when I arrived.. It was actually performed at night where it used laser light with a very good sound following the story.. The story of course about Malacca history.. (next time I will make sure I can watch this performance)..


Next to Dataran Pahlawan was the Dataran Pahlawan Megamall, a shopping complex where you also can find sourvenior here.. If you walked along you will find Mahkota Parade (also another shopping complex, I bought some foods and groceries here..) after crossing the road.. Beside Mahkota Parade you can find the Traditional foods center where here the served Malaysian foods from Perlis to Sabah.. (dari Perlis sampailah ke Sabah.. macam lagu patriotik tu..haha).. And what the most interesting part was the one in fromt of this traditional foods center.. Menara Taming Sari.. I will tell you later.. Wait...

Tiara Beach Resort

Last weekend, me and my family went for the Telekom Malaysia family day for the Procurement department at Tiara Beach Resort,Port Dickson Negeri Sembilan.. From Ipoh it takes around 3 hours and a half minutes to reach there (if you follow the speed limits like me.. hehe).. The resort is located at the 13th mile, Jalan Pantai, Port Dickson. And it is a little bit far away from the nearest beach..

But it is not a problem since in the resort, it had its own beach but the water is not salty la.. It is beautiful.. It looks like a theme park.. hehe..




What about the rooms? There are many types of it and my family get the family suits with two rooms one master bed and two small beds (katil bujang).. There are also two toilets and you also get one refrigerator, television plus one water heater.. Actually there are many more but it is according to your budget la.. haha.. for my family, since it is under Telekom Malaysia, we just accept it since it is free!! (everybody like free, right?).. There are also lots of facilities here such as Games Room where you can play video games and also karaoke here (need to buy token first, 50 cents per token), spa, gymnasium, ping pong tables, basketball courts, conference rooms, cafeterias and many more.. There are also bicycles for you to rent in case you don't want to walk around this resort.. But, it will be fun if you ride it with your friend or family (the bicycle with two pedal).. It is almost complete and you can just stay here without going out anymore.. haha.. There also a small concerts at night and a movie shows the center of this resort.. In the evening there are shows by a clown such as magic show and games for their customers and in the morning also the had an aerobic excercise... It is very happening here if you can take part to all of their activities..


A very big thanks for Telekom Malaysia (TM) for organizing this family day at Tiara Beach Resort.. It is a very big success where almost 700 participants here from the TM family.. Tm also sponsor all of our foods during our stay here.. At night there are dinner with also some speech by TM VIP and also some dedication from the TM members.. Hi! It's been a while since I update my drama review.. It's kind of busy and I am at home now, so I am not really feeling to watch drama at home.. But since I got 2 months of holiday, it should be better to watch more drama so I will not get bored.. Hehe.. I would like to tell you about this drama Gal Circle... The drama is about a cowboy name Shinnosuke who live with a red indian man, Geronimo(weird right.. haha)...

He comes to Japan in order to find Imoko who help Geronimo to survive when his daughter almost died.. So he ask Shinnosuke to find her in order to thank her.. As he arrive at Japan, he make a camp(like the red indian camp) at the field (he even set a trap..haha) where there he find his first friend, a newbie policeman name Ichinose Makoto..

In his searching process, he met a group of para-para dancers that called themselves as Angel Heart.. They are actually a gorls who had problem at home, at school where they join this group in order to release stress or actually they try to run from their problems.. Even Shinnosuke try to find Imoko within this group, he always ended helping Angel Heart with their problems with his own way..

His life as a Red Indian make him appreciating every foods he has (actually all religion teach us this..right??) where he always become mad if he saw any person who throw away foods, or disrespect of what they got.. This drama is full of beauty such as Toda Erika, Aragaki Yui, Suzuki Emi, Yaguchi Mari and many more.. hehe

If you read from dramawiki, you will find this drama genre as comedy.. What can I say, it is comedy, but actually it is more on human drama where it is about a teenager who lost their way.. Then comes a cowboy, who try to change them with his own way, and at the end the girls started to realize it and the started to find the reason of living.. He even help the people at the town with their problems.. I would recommend you to watch this drama because it is best!! (haha.. just a simple reason)..

Man U is the Champion!!

After a winning 2-0 againts Wigan Athletic, Manchester United win the Premier League title after their closed enemy, Chelsea just draw againts Bolton, 1-1.. First goal is by Christiano Ronaldo from the penalty at the 31st minutes while the second goal by Ryan Giggs at the 80th..

Shimokita Sundays!

This drama is about a new unversity student, Satonaka Yuika, who watched a theater by a theater group that call themselves Shimokita Sundays.. Altough there are only a few watcher and most of them didn't find the story good, Yuika can still understand and appreciate their acting very much..

Then, after the theater end, all the watcher are back, she the only one left since she cry because of the ending of the story.. That is their first meet where she make a decision to join this theater group.. Her first appearence as an actor is not very good since she make too much mistakes, however all the watcher look it as a comedy.. There she change the story which should be a sad story to a comedy story...

Then, Shimokita Sundays writer, Akutagawa started to realize her talents and try to absorb her into theater world.. Miracally, she becomes the group main attention and they started to improve all their acting every day.. Their target is to perform in Honda theater where it is the best theater in Shimokita... There are many moral value you can take from this story, but since I got the one with a bad subtitle (the translation sometimes quiet funny) , it make the story not very attractive.. But, I like Ueto Aya as the heroin very much... Maybe you can find other source with better subtitle and you will find the stiry is intersting!!

End of Final Exam!!

Hi!! I've just finish last last paper a few hours ago.. Hoho.. What a relieve!! Freedom!!! For this paper I stay up last night until the morning(mean I never sleep since yesterday).. Haha.. My brain feel a little bit high plus dizzy.. Anyway, after this maybe just stay with friends, going to finish my last day at UTM till next week... Still not plan what to do.. Mybe playing badminton, ping pong.. Watched movies and drama.. They even plan to go to Gunung Pulai tomorrow.. However I still got one last class to attend.. Maybe i will try to make them change it to Monday.. Haha.. Anyway for those who had finish their final exam, ape lagi enjoy katak la.. haha.. for those who still not finish.. focus.. don't look back in anger!! Wakaka..

Manchester United going to Champions League Final!

My favourite team, Manchester United are going to final after beating Barcelona 1-0 yesterday.. Scholes sent a swerving shot high and wide of goalkeeper Victor Valdes in the 14th minute of the semi-final, second leg at Old Trafford to give United a 1-0 aggregate victory.. Even the ball possesion mostly are at BArcelona, Man U still win the games.. Haha.. To all Barcelona fan, don't be sad, try again next year.. And today, Chelsea vs Liverpool.. Their agregate now is 1-1 where Chelsea goal is from the own goal by Riise at the first leg.. Mean here at any cost Liverpool must either win in or make it draw 1-1 or more.. They must score to get the final place.. Actually I'm hoping Chelsea to win since last game Man U lost 2-1 to Chelsea, so it will be our counterattack!.. Whatever it is we will se it today at 1945 england time or 0245 Malaysia time.. (am I right??) For more detail click here..

The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya

Hi! I've just finish my 2nd paper last friday.. Next paper which should be this monday is postpone to saturday! Haha.. What a releived! I got more time to study! Ok, back to our bussiness.. Today I would like to review another anime I happen to finish this morning, The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya...

The story is about a girl name Haruhi Suzumiya, who had some kind of power to change the world when she wish for it (actually she not aware she had that ability).. She just enter a high school where she met Kyon (Haruhi give him the nickname) who happen to be a boy sitting in front of him.. She is a very talented students whe she excel in sports, study and other field also, however she always feel bored of everyday routine(on the other word, she actually bored of this world)..

There she wish to find alien, esper or time traveller in order to play with them.. Kyon try to approach her until they slowly get along where accidently he give Haruhi an idea to create a club, SOS Brigade.. SOS stand for Sekai wo Ooini Moriagerutame no Suzumiya Haruhi no da( in english, To save the world by overloading it with fun haruhi Suzumiya's Brigade).. Haha.. Long and funny name!

Here where she gather other three members, Asahina (time traveler), Koizumi (esper) and Yuki (alien).. It is because she wish to find those, so they gather as a club members.. However Suzumiya not noticing it, only Kyon knows.. They are here to survey Suzumiya since all her thought might effect the world..

There are many funny things in this anime but all you can aspect because in anime anything can be.. Until one day when Suzumiya feel very bored to the world and her desire to change the world is very great.. Yuki,Koizumi and Asahina cannot interfere with her power anymore, and the key to save the world is only depend on Kyon..

He did success to convince Suzumiya but how?? Hehe.. You watch it la.. The you will get the answer.. Anyway the anime is just 14 episode and the story is interesting.. But I think the plot of the episode is the problem.. Maybe it is the creater who wish it to be like that.. -okes-

Honey and Clover I and II

It has been a very difficult week for me.. Final exam has just started this morning.. Need to study harder for next paper since this morning paper was not my best.. Oh.. Now I would like to review another anime I've finish to watched it, Honey and Clover both season 1 and 2.. There are 24 episode for season 1 and 12 episode for season 2.

The story is about an art school students in Japan, where they live in a poor apartment since they need to save their budget.. They are Takemoto, Mayumi, and Morita.. Morita is a very talented student but he always runaway for his part time job that make him not graduate for 8 years.. Haha.. While Takemoto is a newbie (in Season 1) and Mayama also a senpai who works with a woman, Rika ( a widow) who he silently fall in love with..

On the other hand, there is a woman who always try to win Mayama but he always reject her, Yamada.. Until one day, Hagu enter the art school, where Takemoto and Morita fall in love for the first sight of her.. Hagu is being taken care by the sensei, Hanamoto since her grandparents died..

All of them are very good at artworks.. This anime is all about human live, where there exist love, works, friendships, school, colleague and many more.. The plots is very good where at last Hagu decided to choose Hanamoto instead of Takemoto and Morita, while Mayama choose Rika and Yamada has just started his relationship with Mayama colleague, Nomiya.. Hehe.. The ending I won't tell, just download and watch it..

It has lots of moral value for you to understand and to apply it in the real world.. Actually, this is my first time watching shoujo anime ( I watch this first before nodame) and I would like to say this is a verg good anime...Of course there are funny part to make the anime more attractive..There are also drama version for this anime and I will download it during my study break.. Nodame Cantabille

Hi! Actually I've been watching this drama long time a go... But I've just finish watching the anime.. (weird but true because people always watch anime after read the manga then only the drama will come out).. Hehe.. The drama is good for those who loves music (here it means pure music or classical with instruments and many more).. The story is about Chiaki who is a very good pianist but he had a dream to become a conductor.. In his past, he had an accident of the plane crush where there he meet a famous conductor Maestro Viera..

However he never get chance until he met Noda Megumi who ask to be called as Nodame.. Nodame is also a pianist but a special one where she can play just by listening to the music without looking at the code.. She lives next to Chiaki who found her as a very meesy woman.. Her house is a very mess.. He always forced to helped Nodame since he likes clean and cannot stand a mess..

Until one day, a famous conductor, Milch Hostein come to their school and there he changed the school.. He even collect an average student who are not very good in their instrument and also Chiaki take that chances to quit piano and become a conductor.. Their orchestra is called S-Oke ( I think S is for Special) and after a lot of practices, they are much better now plus Chiaki as the conductor make them better faster..

Nodame is always by Chiaki side as a supporter the one day the conductor, Milch asked Chiaki to play piano for his concert.. Here Nodame started to realize how good Chiaki are.. Then she started to study more in order to reach Chiaki level (she even know how to read the music code now).. It is a happy ending story... Good and the music is very superb! Anyway the anime and the drama is almost the same, where the plot is I can say as similar.. Only the anime is funnier than the drama.. Himitsu no Hanazono

At last, I've finish this drama.. Hoho.. The story is interesting about a woman, Tsukiyama Kayo who suddenly becomes an editor for a manga artist who named themself as Hanazono Yuriko.. Hanazono is making a shoujo manga where mostly the mangaka are women (they said it in the story) but they are all men.. So, they keep their identity secret..

Hanazono Yuriko contains four brothers where the eldest, Kataoka Wataru and the second, Kataoka Osamu do the drawing the third, Kataoka Satoshi as their manager and the youngest, Kataoka Hinata do the story.. They are many funny scene here at sometimes sad scene.. It is fun when Tsukiyama need to faced this weird and funny brothers everyday.. Haha.. Oh, let me tell you, at last their secret are known by the public so, after the scene where they put the editor to becomes the hanazono but then she refused since she said she don't want to lie to the fan.. That's when their secret started to revealed...

There are many more secret that are being revealed here, one of them let me tell you.. Kataoka Hinata is actually not their blodd-related brother.. And also about the relation between Hinata father and their father... Hehe.. since the drama title is Himitsu no Hanazono, or Secret Garden, that's why there are too many secret.. Anyway I'm saying that this drama is best! Not very good but also not very bad.. erm.. I can give 7 over 10 point.. hehe.. It is fun escpecially with the second brother, Osamu..

Anyway this is my first time watching Shaku Yumiko as the heroin.. She is a good actor and cute too... Let me finish this... The ending is when they choose to saperate for a while to search for their dream, where Hinata went to literature study at england, Osamu try the Shounan manga, Wataru continue drawing and Satoshi proceed with management work.. They will be working together again when their dream comes true continuing the Hanazono Yuriko works together.. And also, Wataru at last confessed to Tsukiyama.. Hoho.. Happy ending.. It's a good way to relax after tired study.. For those who are taking and exam, GOOD LUCK!!

Final Exam.....

Final examination just around the corner... But, right now, I'm watching the series Himitsu no Hanazono... However, because of too many works left to be done plus I also need to study plus there are make-up class everyday at 3-5 pm... I cannot finish the drama faster.. Anyway as soon as I finish, I will give the review.. Anyway pray me for my final examination.. For you all who are also having a final exam.. Goodluck! and Ganbate!
