Hunger Management

Assalamualaikum...

Wow! Two weeks already since my last post.. Busy? No lah! Just no idea.. Huhu... Actually I have like thousand of ideas but when I start to write, suddenly my friends come.. Jom p makan... Jom kuar jalan2.. Jom p shopping... So, this is the reason why most of my entry was never finished! Because once I start to write, the idea will flow so easy so clear but once there is a distraction, it is just like toilet tersumbat and at the end, the entry will be deleted... Hahahaha...

I just want to share my experience in controlling your hunger.. Everyone especially girls love to diet... No? Hahaha.. Don't LIE laaa... I know... Even me as a men, also diet... INI SEMUA POYO! Hahaha... So, the reasons why I started diet and how I am dieting you can read on my previous post.. But today I just want to share about the ways how I control my hungriness... Yes! When you are on diet, you will feel hungry like all the time... Of course there are lots of products out there with their tagline "Diet without hungry"... "Eat like usual and reduce weight"... Just remember this!

There is no such easy way to success

Beauty is pain.... Mak jemah sgt! Adoi... Hahahaha..


It might works but your weight will reduce slowly like 5 kg in a months, while I can get this in 2 weeks... Even one doctor said to me: Diet? Yes! Stop eating! Hahaha.. So cruel! But that is the reality.. So here are some tips I apply in order to reduce my hunger during my diet..

1- Drink lots of mineral water

Aha.. Water is only applicable for mineral water only.. Diet khenn... We want to cut calories also, so the solution is mineral water.. Why mineral water not just plain water? It is because plain water all you get is water lah! haha... but if you choose mineral water then you will get all the minerals such as magnesium, pottasium, calcium and many more lah.. But when to take this water? Here is what I do.. Every morning after wake up make sure have a glass of water then breakfast as usual.. 10 am above another bottle of water... Then before lunch another bottle of water.. Evening another bottle.. Before dinner another bottle.. And lastly around 10pm another shots.. You can cut some of it because even I sometime cannot follow this.. But the main idea is to have a water before every meal.. The reason is to make you tummy full before taking meals which will reduce you meals intake... If you feel hungry then have a water first!




2- Eat fiber from vegetables

This is what people nowadays are looking for.. FIBER! Lots of fiber source such as vegetables, fruits, oats, cereals and many more lah... But why do I choose vegetables only? Because I cannot eat fruits since I am on SDII diet program? Hahaha.. One of it is YES! If you are undergo this diet program then fruits is a very big No! If not then you can have it... Fiber can make you feel full longer compared to protein intakes.. So have a fiber more compared to chicken, fish, meats... And you will feel less hunger all the times... Hehe



3- Take a small portion

Small portion means small meals every time.. Means that your tummy will get a food supply for every like four hours... Compared to a very large amount of meals, this will make you feel so full and sleepy also.. Have a less portion of meals but more.... kerap in english whatt haa??? hahaha.. suddenly my vocab all gone... hahahaha.. but you know lah the idea right???? Hehehe...



Here are three tips I used to reduce my hunger.. Hopefully it will benefits some of us..
