Chappati with sardine curry.. Latest Ipoh attraction.. You can get this at Restoren Chappati Maju Rapat.. Nothing extraordinary, only the curry la quiet awesome... Good place for lepaking.. Haha

Wantan soup with fishball.. Comes with mee/kuetiaw/bihun kicap...

Jogging around Ipoh...

Salam... This weekend, again I went back to my hometown Ipoh.. Epo epo mali... Hehe... Nothing planned just want to relax and have a good time with my parents... After all, my other siblings were not here and my friends all of them are busy la... Aiyo... So I choose to jog.. Not one place but 3 different places... Hahaha.. These are in the radius of 5 km from my home...

Saturday morning I wake up really early at 6 am.. After solat, kacau bubuyat... Then I started my bikes for jog... The first destination was at Hillcity Hotel... Just 5 minutes from my house...

In this place where I learn excessive excercise can bring you bad health.. So nowadays no more too extreme jogs... What happen really?? Hehe.. I run 5 laps without stopped... Haha.. So doctor asked me to take excercise as fun things to do, do not become too exagerate... So now, all I do is just slow jogs la.. While enjoying the beautiful scene... Hehe...

These was in the morning, in the afternoon after the heavy rain stopped, I continue jogging at the place just 5 minute from my home (by legs not bike)... hoho... Its getting better and better everyday...

Isn't it is nice?? Here we got children playground, football field, basketball court and also jogging trek.. Thanks to Chinese community here for their effort... Hehe.. Wanna see something unique here??

Lots of plants here such!! Again the chinese community still cannot leave their habits of gardening eventought they are here... It was really taken care of, doesn't disturb the joggers.. Somehow just nice la... I even heard a conversation of one family here:

Dad: Son, did you ever know starfruit tree??
Son: Where??

Dad: Let me show you...

See??? Instead of rilex and workout, you can also teach something from this small garden.. Hehehe.. Hopefully MBI doesn't come and cleaned up everything la...

This present morning, again I wake up early (my mom always wakes me early.. hoho)... This time I am going to Eco Park at Taman Botani... Located 10 minutes from my home (by bike, of course..)



This is also a jogging trek but here it is much more beautiful and relaxing...

 There are also a group of 1 Malaysia people doing some kind of aerobic excercise... Quiet interesting but too fast la.. I cannot follow the tempo.. Hoho...


Hehe.. I just realize that there are 3 port for jogging here.. So no more excuse to skip jogging anymore.. Not only healthy, you also can relaxing plus amoi manyak maa... Hahhaa...

Soul of Speeds

My morning today didn't start that early... Wake up ate 630 am after solat then sleep again until 815am... Prepared myself that shoot to my office hoping that the lotus note server already work... Sadly, the same thing as yesterday, nothing changes, server still down.. Huhu.. My works depends on it!!

So not much to do today... Then taking all ordered books from the bookstore and passed it to my friend, my other friends asked me to come to Sg Petai for our breakfast... As I walked through my car, I heard my name being called... Ops... That's my senior... Associate Prof. dude... Asking me where to go.. I told him that I am having a breakfast with my friends and shockly, he want to follow!!
First time ever having breakfast with him, and he just ride my car... Huhu.. So nervous lol... Hahaha... Like first meeting father in law der (like I ever experience this)... Hahahaha.... Now back to my points today.. Soul of Speed or simply Jiwa Kelajuan... Some people said only young man like to drive so fast compared to oldies... But trust me, not all oldies are slow...

Some of them with this speeding soul can go really fast that so hard for me to imagine... Like my senior la... He can simply goes above 200km at highway... Hahaha... I am really shocked when I heard this... My record  still 170km/h but he already over it... Hahaha... His word:

Oldies driver are better because we had experience and we don't go for "lesen terbang"

Agree with him??? Hehehe... And my other friends added up...

Don't follow a very fast lady driver or you might get accident

This I really agree... Hahahaha.. No offense guys... So morale of the story, if you plan to go fast, make sure you have full experience and knowledge.. Don't simply speed up and bring dangerous not only to you but others as well... Plus make sure you know your car as well and the condition was good before speed up...

And Don't drink and Drive...

Windmill Station.. again...

Salam...

After a tremendous badminton game last evening (hahaha.. mcm la power sgt) I went home to clean up myself... Then staring at the box of picture again and again... Arrgggghhh!!! So boring laa... What to do la... I do plan to sleep early but it doesn't really works... Cannot sleeppp......

So I open my Samsung Galaxy Wonder (hahhaa... too much show off!!), checking my yahoo messenger... Yess!! Djs is online... So apekah lagi.. Let's go dinner somewhere but of course not Alor Gajah... We planned to went there by 2 cars at first, but some "two" decline last minutes... Huhu.. Life was too short la, enjoy a little bit la instead of sleeping early, stucked yourself inside the house staring at the wall or simply tapau burger from member... Hahaha.. No offense...

So at the end only one car was used... Mine... Quiet nervous at first because I has to stuck 5 person in my cars... Never done this before after changing my stock absorber... Lucky! It was a success.. No more sagat2!! Hahaha.. Except at the bonggol la... kene slow sket... So we choose to eat at Windmill Station again but this time at Bukit Beruang... More exclusive and colder compared to Melaka Raya.. Hehehe...

Battleship + Tsunami + Windmill Station

Assalamualaikum...

Yesterday was the day ~ "The Sultan of Kedah, Tuanku Abdul Halim Mu'adzam Shah, has been installed as the 14th Yang di-Pertuan Agong in a ceremony steeped in royal tradition at the new Istana Negara"...

Ok this is not my words.. Straightly copy paste from the Star.. Hoho... Ok back to our topics.. It's means holiday la yesterday... Some people choose to sleep or relax the whole day.. But me?? Life too short bro, everyone will of course "sleep" soon.. So let's stuck all day long with activities.......

The night before, we already had a bowling game at Mahkota Parade... My score? Hahaha.. Not good la... Trying to spin the ball again and again and keep on failing again and again... Lalala... Better straight ball, easy peasy jek... Hahaha...

Guess what, the game ended almost at 1 am.. Huhu.. I arrived home at 3.05 am sharp.. Then next morning project was... Tennis... Early in the morning.. At 8 am... Huhu... Pancit maa main bende alah ni... So long since my last game... Plus not enough sleep... Huhu

Does it stop there??? NO!!! The enjoyment continue at the evening watching the Battleship movies...

Thanks to my buddy, we got there as the movie already begin... huaa... Review? Ok this was an interesting movie, full of actions, beautiful CGI, interesting storyline, there was some humor instead of all serious... Quiet interesting la... But I prefer mirror2 more... Because the actress was soo cute (drooling the whole movie)... Hahaha... She also contribute her voice at the end of the movie....

Cute right?? The one on the LEFT NOT RIGHT! Hahaha... After all beauty was subjective.. Hehe....

During the battleship movie, I got sms from my mother about tsunami alert... Pehh!! Can you imagine, the battleship movies already like tsunami plus the real one was coming... So afraid!!! Really hope the movie to be ended early... Tsunami alert for 9 pm until 11 pm... Time goes and alhamdulillah nothing was ever happened... Thanks ALLAH!

So after movies we went to Windmill Station having our dinner... Me?? Only having this... Diet la katakan.. Hahaha...

Sorry about the quality.. This is Melaka Raya branch.. It is the outdoor type of restaurant... Plus the light was so like "lampu tido" makes eating and sleeping very good here.. but minus the heat la... hehe

12.46 am already... Still cannot sleep.. Maybe because too tired playing badminton in the evening onemakes my body still energetic.. Hahaha.. While watching television, TV2 - P. Ramlee movies entitled DO RE MI, I got this idea... This might look silly to you but, try to think about it...

This is my car on the left and my friend, Adi's car on the right... Both are black and both are modified.. Lowered la I mean... Hehehe... Both using R15 tyres... Both got skirting but mine without carbon fiber hood.. Am I spell it right??? Fibre or fiber?? Or both wrong??? Huhu...

So what do you think I am doing right now?? Maybe some silly words because of insomia... Hahaha.. But my points are: this is the judgement people always has to other people... Their apperance make other people assume... Oh he wear a Tesco shirt ~ he might not that rich, or if someone wears striking colour~ people will say they are some kind of soflan (if man) or wild girl...

Don't judge a book by its cover 

If you just met somebody, don't simply assume he/she was like you.. Slowly understand them and you might suprised with what he/she actually are... Hehe...

Semester almost ended, means holiday was coming by.. Hahaha.. After a quiet stressfull marking period it is now time to RELAX and ENJOY! Stress? Why? Not because of my students answer, actually handling these colleagues (not everyone) who had a very weird analytical mind- like to compare theirs with others.. If you are better, that shows how lenient you are.. But if lesser, then you are not good as them.. What the HELL!!!!!!!! I really hate this kind of people.. Please la... Give us some freedom!!

Ok stop with the stressful part... Now let's begin with one of the most enjoyable things to do- EAT! Hehe.. Good foods will always bring a very bright smile!!
