Racquet...

This entry was supposed to be post on Monday but because of too much call from students who are taking MAT233 or Calculus 2... This is actually quiet a difficult subject especially those who doesn't really like calculus - integration and differentiation... Aha.. Monday morning begin with a meeting for syndicated marking of business math paper...

Bla.. bla.. bla... there is one page I saw once, they say that meeting will make your mind dead! Hahaha.. SO what the points of having meeting actually??? In this modern era most of this kind of meeting can be done online, even using your fb.. So instead of old school fashion of meeting, why don't we do it online???? Save energy because you don't have to walk there, save time when you don't have to wait for your late partners and also others waste... Forget la...

Then going to Melaka Sentral to pick my sister's car... She's on leave, so I own that "katak puru".. Hahaha... Then... Evening comes... Badminton time! I try again to play as hard as I could... Trying to save some smash and dropshot... Huhu.. Controlling and evolving my stepping.. Try some new skills.. And many more la... The main intention of badminton was to relax and at the same time to sweat... Sweat is like a melting ice cream when it help burn your calories and fat but, fat doesn't burn as fast as ice cream.. Sometime it really hard to burn, but magically- EASY TO STORE... Huhu.. I really hate this...

This was not really bad for me.. The bad thing happen that day was this...


See??? My racquet string already broken.. Huhu.. Only less than 2 months and this alreadu happen.. Huhu... Maybe because I smash quiet a lot lately la... At this time, I am thinking of getting a new racquet.. Imagine if I got into tournament and the string broken at that time... It will be a for sure loss! Hahaha.. Poyo la ko... Like I am going to win!! Lots of other powerful people outside.. Anyway, I am just playing for fun!

After a very tiring game, I went home hoping to sleep early when I got a text from my students... "Sir, malam ni ade kelas kan???"... Aiya.. Forget lol... So sleeping plan canceled! It's time for me to share my knowledge with my "beloved" student.. Hahaha... Class begin at 830pm and ended at 11pm.. Hoho... This is the most I can give to my students, others depends on their effort la... After class, calling my buddy to have some tea, but he refused since he just got a meal... SO I went to KFC, buying cheezy wedges and ice milo... Really not a healthy food... But this is really relaxing but costly! Huhu...


It doesn't take a very long time for me to fix my racquet.. At the afternoon after some consulting with my fellow students, I went to sport shop to change the new string... Taraaaaa... All done in 30 minutes (after I force Pak ALi to finish it today.. Hahaha.. Sorry Pak ALi..).. Testing the racquet at the same evening, but feel some lost power... I don't know why.. Maybe the string, or shuttlecock, or my hand maybe.. I don't know la...


Maybe I should bought another new racquet.. Huhu.. The bad thing happen but good things also happen, it all depend on how you survive it... Ops.. Before I end this...


This is so mouth watering... You can get this at warung nek munah at Sg Petai, ask them for "nasi Lemak Special"... Huhu... I used to have this in the morning, but in order to success in my diet, the most thing I can do at this time was just admiring how delicious and tasty this dish..  The experience I had when having this... Huhu...

What can we say?? It takes lot of effort and sacrifice in order to success... May ALLAH bless us all..

Weekend...

Ehem.. ehem... Today is Saturday.. Tomorrow is Sunday! Saturday and Sunday.. My beloved day in the whole week.. Plus Friday also la... Because the "spirit of holiday" was at the peak on Friday.. All the plans, preparation was done on Friday which make it the very less productive day.. Hahaha...

Monday also less productive day.. Why?? People always say "MONDAY BLUES"... What actually happened today? Singing blues at your office?? Hahaha.. Why don't you try.. Maybe your boss like it.. Hahaha... It means coming back from holiday which shows less spirit also... AGAIN???  So when are you going to be motivated???



Hahaha.. That was actually some kind of silly excuse la... It depends on your heart.. If you are happy at work then no matter what day and what time you will just smile.. And happy! Hehe.. This was not actually my intention of writing this post.. Actually just want to share so activities you can do during weekend instead of sleeping the whole day.. Hahaha...

Cleaning... As simple as the words but the action takes like 500HP to do it.. Hahaha.. Cleaning doesn't mean only clean yourself but it covered all cleaning process such as cleaning your house, cleaning your car, cleaning your clothes, cleaning your office or maybe cleaning your beloved pet... Clean place will motivate you somehow, trust me I have experience this!

See him?? Getting ready before entering the washing machine... Muahahaha...

Socialize.. This is the happy part.. But please don't overdose this or else it will be a monday blues again.. Huhu... Just text your friends... Let go to movie, or karaoke, or just some window shopping, going to the zoo (hahaha.. what the...), or simply go anywhere which is far away from your house.. Hehe... Or simply just visit some friends and chit chat until both of you get bored la... Hahaha... Or go to your friend or family event like wedding or anything la...

Sport... Aha this is the best thing I like... Sweating.. Not only this help you loose some weight, this also can give you a healthy body.. Like killing two birds using one stone la... Lalalala... You don't have to be stress about what sport to be chosen, as simple as jogging is also good.. In fact I have read somewhere, the best way to reduce weight was by jogging.. Choose the best track with a very relaxing scenery- fresh breeze from the trees with chicks all around you.. Opss... No chick please.. Hahahaha...

Gardening... Aha.. This was the thing I always want to do since I first transfer to my new rent house... But until now even my chilly doesn't grow.. Hahaha.. I was almost success once but there is this very bad cat give its fertilize to my little cutey trees and it kill her... Bad cat! There are lots of other place to choose, why does it has to be there.. Huhu... Next project I am going to try this again and hopefully this will work~~ hopefully... HAHAHA...


See?? He also good at gardening.. Hahaha

Family time... Those who lived too far away from their family, this is the best time to reunite... Go meet them, even for a day, it was actually can help you motivate back.. Seeing you parents face is like Superman getting a power from the Sun... Get what I mean??? It was actually the bless from them that make you succeed... So see them, spent some time with your family while they was still there.. Huhu...

This is just my 2 cents... It might sound so boring to some of you.. But this was what you actually do during weekend.. Nothing so special but sometime will make the weekend time fade away without you actually realizing it... By this time I am actually at my office waiting my students to come to study.. Their paper was tomorrow and some on Wednesday...

Fish! Tales...

Assalamualaikum...

Last night before I went to bed, around 1030 (peh! So early la...) I read this book.... Entitled Fish! Tales... This book was actually belong to my friend Syai but she sold it to me at a lower price.. She sold lots of book but most of it are loving2 type of books.. Huhu.. Sorry dude, not interested la...



Aha.. This is the books... It was about a real life stories in company or your workplace.. And they tried to compare it to the life as a fish monger... Actually the ideas begin when the writer went to a market somewhere at Seattle.. There he saw a very happy workers who really appreciate each other and all their customers as well.. They were so happy that make he so touched with the working lifestyle.. That's when they create their own language called the FISH! philosphy...

FISH! Philosophy include four main principle which are :

1.  PLAY
2.  MAKE THEIR DAY
3.  BE THERE
4.  CHOOSE YOUR ATTITUDE

All four principle is about having a joyous life as an employee and employer... It is the win win situation where if the workers are happy, their production will increase so that will make the employee feel also happy.. How to get this? This was about your heart.. How much did you can give for your career.. Full hearted will give a better output but half-hearted will give a lesser output.. And how about no heart at all?? You just come to work because you were force to it?? Everyday at work feel like hell.. Huhu... This is what they give here.. Sharing the ideas based on real-life stories...

Actually I haven't finish reading this books but all this four principle somehow make me feel so excited to learn more from this books... I will give the review about this books later as soon as I finish reading it (hopefully la...)...

Bubuyat..

Again... This hot guy... Hahaha.. Enjoy!












27 years already...

Yesterday was 19 March 2012.. What so special about this date actually?? For most of us it was nothing just simply another boring and lame day to finish our works... Hehe.. But for me, it was the day where I was remainded that I had increase my day in this world.. Hoho.. I was born on this date early in the morning around 3-4 am.. I am the eldest son in my family means my parents was really excited at that time getting their first apprentice.. Hehe...

27 years already... It is a very long journey.. Not much that I had remember just some of it especially the bad memory.. Hahaha... I remember I got an accident while riding my bicycle.. Feel down with my neighbour and kissing the road... Haha.. So hurt plus when I went home my mom keep up yeeling.. Waiting for SPM result... So and many more la.. Too much to write...

Everyday is the new experience... You wake up in the morning, reaching for your tooth brush, bathing, breakfast and go to work.. That's the routine, but then imagine this, when you wake up suddenly there is no water... What did you do after that??? Or when you wake up you are in other place??? Hahaha.. There goes new experience or maybe I can say the survival experience.. Hahhaa...

Lots of achievement I had along this 27 years of my life.. I manage to get good grade in UPSR and going to Sekolah Berasrama Penuh.. The first one in my family dude (because I am the eldest.. LOL)... Surviving the life as a student in SBP which is full of experience: Form 1 is all about being apart from your family, there I learn about how to make my very own decision, how to be an independent person.. Form 2 is more on survival series.. Hahaha.. Why??? Because my school tradition at that time, form 2 is the time where you were bullied... Hahaha.. Sound so serious but not really la..

Washing your senior clothes, tide up their bed, cleaning the toilet, singing for them, dancing and many more.. All of these I had experience it already.. Hahaha.. Sound depressed but actually it was really fun.. Sometime la... sometime annoyed like hell!! Hahaha... This was also the time where I got selected for school badminton team... Started from there my passion for badminton increased! Form 3 is where you managed to survive the hostel life but becareful, it is the survival of your life in the school... Because there are PMR.. Failing to get at least 6A will make you out of the school.. Huhu.. Luckily I have survive with one more extra A from the minimum requirement... Fuhh!! So relieved...

Form 4- this is called the honeymoon year.. Form 4 is when I learn about school magazine, how the publishing, the graphics, editing and many more.. At that time also I've learn about Adobe Photoshop and Flash... It is fun but so tiring la... Form 5 - this is the last year as a schooler.. Huhu... I started my form 5 with a campaign - VOTE ME! VOTE ME! What is that?????? Hahaha.. Actually at form 5 I run for the student representative council or MPP.. And I win!! Hahaha.. Lucky that I have lots of supported friends who vote for me... SPM... Just okla.. not really that excellent... Enough to survive only... Huhu..

With the SPM result, I got to matrix Perak for two weeks before I jumped to UTM Skudai for Foundation Year programme.. Why I choose this?? Because at that time they offered me mechatronics programme.. As an engineering students that was dream come true! Again I managed to survive this but sadly I cannot continue mechatronics because I get the bachelor of science industrial mathematics in UTM also...

It ok la kan.. Mathematics and Mechatronics.. The spelling and sound almost same.. Hahhaha... Here my life as university student actually begin... My class is half malay and half chinese.. Hoho.. The survival was so tough.. You know la how the lecturer here.. They teach a little, other you need to find it on yourself... But it was not really the problem, it was the independent.. Too much free time.. Hahaha.. You can do what ever you want and whenever you like.. Hahahaha.. Sound like freedom! But becareful, wrong step will make you a failure.. Huhu..

Again, I manage to survive after one semester extend.. It was never an easy courses.. Mathematics was so tiring... I really have functional analysis, real analysis.. What is that????? Any kind of mathematics philospohy or what?? Hahaha... So after surviving the degree, I went home and asking my parents, can I further my study?? Are you crazy or what??? Hahahaha.. Actually when you are at my age you will start to realize the career scenario.. It was so hard to get a job!

Lucky I was a male students... Less competitions.. Hahahaha... So I further my Master in Mathematics also at UTM Skudai.. This is more survival series.. Huhu.. The dissertation was so hard.. The VIVA superb! All the panel are phd holders.. You will be attack from time to time.. Some of my friends take lot of time to survive, even some of them just let it go.. Mathematics was cruel actually, there are no such things such as near answer or accepted answer.. It must a correct answer.. Everything must be a FACT! Almost 7 years I was at UTM surviving from foundation year until Master...

Again I survive.. Thanks for my parents for the pray.. Huhu... After master, I choose to relax until convocation before I tried for interview.. At this time I was really tested... So hard to get a job even you are holding a master degree in Maths.. I've tried lots of college, university and many more.. I went to interview in UiTM Kedah, Perak, Melaka, Shah Alam (2 times), Kelantan and Terengganu (didn't go) and also at some private college... At last here I am at Melaka.. Thanks god..

Now my life as a lecturer begins... My first class was business maths class.. So damn nervous.. Hahaha... But thanks god this is not really a heavy subject.. Easy la.. Time goes by, now I already become a lecturer for 2 years.. Some of my students already graduating.. Good luck guys.. Remember life in diploma and degree was not the same.. It's time to be more hardworking...

There a little bit about my 27 years experience.. Many more to tell but too lazy to type.. Haha.. What ever it is......... HAPPY BIRTHDAY HAFIZ HAMZAH... May ALLAH bless you always...

Go away this bad habit...

Second post for today.. Hoho.. While waiting at my office expecting some students might need help today, I continue blogging la... Hehe.. This is about foods.

Malaysian had an unhealthy way of eating... Imagine we wake up in the morning we start with nasi lemak or roti canai.. It not simply nasi lemak or roti canai.. plus extra dishes such as nasi lemak plus ayam rendand or fried chicken or roti canai plus chicken curry or mutton curry... OMG! My mouth watering already... Haha




Then at 10 am we continue with "kuih-kuih" or sometime heavier dish such as "mee sup or soto"... That's in the morning, continue in the midday- we can have "nasi kandar", or "nasi ayam" or sometimes arabian rice... If we get bored with rice we can go western such as spaghetti, or lasagna or pizza... Or else just go to fast food outlet- McDonalds, KFC, A&W, Burger King and many more...



It not just that.. Then 430 to 5 pm.. There come tea time... But it was never TEA.. It always come with other dishes such  fried banana, cucur udang alor gajah (famous one... delicious!!), curry puff... and many more... Tea also got many variants such as ice tea, milk tea, lemon tea, peach tea, garlic tea...


Haha.. Continue at the night- for family they might eat rice prepared by the powerful chef called mother... But for the traveler just like me who are far far away from my family- where to go?? Again fast food can give a faster and delicious service... Or maybe to other stall like tomyam stall - imagine the tomyam, or "sup tulang", the "wrapped egg"... Or maybe we can go western... Many choice... Don't ever say that your place got no place to eat! How silly you are, that show you are just lazy to walk around... Hahaha... No offense! Does it stop there?????? NO!!!!!! There are also supper! People don't take lot during supper.. Maybe hot chocolate or simply milk...

But if there is a football game at the early morning, if we watch it outside usually at mamak stall or mcd there will be more foods inside our tummy! Or if stay at home, there will be some snacks- Mamee, Mister Potato... Hoho... Imagine how many time you eat per day???????? Almost 7 meals per day! That's why Malaysian obese had increase every day!!!!! Speaking to myself also.. Huhu...

This is a very bad eating habits... Full of oils, unwanted fats and cholestrol!! I am no foods experts but it just get back to me... Sometime it feel really hard to wake up early.. Always sleepy after lunch.. No exercises.. Sometime exercise but the food taken after exercise exceeds the calories burn! Haha... Too lazy everyday.. Always tired and many more.. Just like my beloved bubuyat... sleeping and sleeping...


What actually cause overweight??? Do you know?? It is the calories! Too much calories in your blood system can increase your blood pressure which if too strong can cause stroke or heart attack! We do we get these calories??? It is not only from SUGAR that we used everyday.. It also comes in others sources for example rice... Fruits that we eat everyday also contains calories but it was not that much... Please correct me if I am wrong...

It is true that there are lots of slimming product as well as slimming institute nowadays.. If you are rich then it was never a problem... But is there any side effect? I am not really sure la... The best way is the natural way... Lately people started to realize the importance of controlling foods intake.. It is a good scenario!

The most effective way to lose weight in a natural, safe way is gradually, through exercise and a healthy, low-calorie diet.

Goals


Losing weight is a matter of expending more calories than you consume. It takes an excess expenditure of 3,500 calories to lose 1 lb. of fat. The U.S. Department of Agriculture recommends eating fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains and low-fat dairy. Lean meats, poultry, fish, nuts and eggs are also recommended. Avoid foods high in fats, trans fats, cholesterol and added salt or sugar. Eat meals three to four hours apart to aid proper digestion.


Cardiovascular Exercise


Exercise will not only burn the calories needed to lose weight, it also helps reduce stress and boosts your metabolism. The American Council on Exercise recommends performing cardio exercise, such as running or jogging, for 45 minutes or more at a time five to six days a week to lose weight. The exercise should be intense enough that you sweat and your heart rate increases. Start by walking if you haven't exercised in more than a year. Gradually build your way up to move vigorous activity.


Strength Training


Strength training, such as lifting weights, won't burn as many calories as cardio, but it will build much-needed muscle. Muscle burns more calories than fat, and the more muscle you have, the higher your resting metabolism will be. Do strength training at least twice a week on nonconsecutive days. Work each major muscle group -- chest, abdominals, biceps, triceps, hamstrings and quadriceps. Do one set of eight to 12 repetitions for each group. For example, do one set of bench presses or one set of pushups to work the chest. Once you are stronger, you can increase the sets and amount of weight or resistance.

Considerations


Consult a doctor before beginning any weight-loss regimen. Avoid very-low-calorie diets and extreme exercise programs. Crash diets can force your body into starvation mode. Your body will slow down its metabolism, meaning fewer calories are burned, and will take needed calories from fat instead of muscle. Many people go on eating binges after an extreme diet, which often negates any previous weight-loss. Extreme exercise programs easily lead to burn out, and many people quit exercising altogether when this happens. The goal of 8 to 10 lb. a month may not seem like a lot, but the gradual loss will help you build healthy habits that will keep the weight off in the long-term.

All you need is just to cut off the calories intake.. It doesn't mean you are not eating at all but reduce the size... It might hard at first but "No Pain No Gain"! hahaha... Plus there are lots of nutrition foods out there such as Herbalife, Shaklee and many more... Dicipline is the most important things... Good luck to me and also to all of you...

Last Friday Night....

Last night I actually planned to sleep early after a tiring badminton game with my fellow friends... Actually lately I do not feel really tired after game, seems like only half of my stamina had been used.. Hoho... Looks like my stamina had increased a little by little... Thanks to my coach for the nutrition advised... Stamina had increased but... My weight seemed like stopped to decrease already... Huhu... Maybe I need to work harder!

Haha.. Enough with all the weight and stamina... It seemed that my sleeping plan was disturbed by my neighbour.. They are putting a very big "khemah" in front of their house plus also my house.. At first I tought it is just some "kenduri kahwin"... It's ok la... Then he asked me to come and suprisingly it was not "kenduri kahwin" but it is a meeting!!!! Haha.. What kind of meeting??? Smell like politics meeting lol.. Huhu... So in order to stay neutral I choose to run away that night.. Hahaha...

At first I went to my office.. Huhu.. Scary lol!! Reading all the journal at first, then after half an hour it get really boringgggggg.... Something much entertain must be done! Badminton again?? Not by a chance! Ermm... movies?? Good idea...

See???? Apo da ko ni dah pkul 9 tak mandi lagik.,.. Hahaha.. So by 930 we went to watch John Carter... Quiet ok la.. Not really fun but adventure movie, seems moved by the graphics, storyline, the suprise and many more... Ok la... Go to watch it la...



Then around 230 am I reached my house.. Hoho.. All the "khemah" already move out... Everyone already sleep... Yezza... That what great about living in a family neighbourhood... They sleep early and they wake up early... Hehehe...

Then today.. Wake up really late... huhu.. 945... Putting all the clothes in the washing machine... Waiting for the washing process to end... Trying the new comfort ultra... Hoho.. I have 4 types of fabric softener in my house.. Soflan, Daia, Downy and Comfort... Testing which is the best to maintain good smell of the my clothes....



Then go to office... Again... All bored day... But this evening we are going to my friend new house.. House warming... Hoho...

Some nice words....

Assalamualaikum...

This is cited from a journal I've read from morning till the evening... A very beautiful words with a very beautiful meaning... This statement is from a mouth of student... Believe me...

" The ability to understand is endless if you 'use your heart'...  If you really don't understand, just ask as quickly as possible..  If you say 'I hate it. I don't want to do it,' sure you can't understand it...  The feeling of understanding is so wonderful.  I've experience it... Failure is that you stay at the same stage, not stepping further.. "

Means... In order to survive in some field, you need to really understand what it is all about not only from the surface, but from the basis itself...  Most lecturer tends to say, you must understand this, memorize this, do lots of exercises... and many more... But do they ever told you the real story behind it? What actually the main purpose of you understanding some concept???

People were born with a very good mind.. Not just some meat brain but a powerful one that can analyze, understand and then interpret something... We were born with a talent, it only a matter of time before we can realize it... An information that we understand it so deep until the heart would understand will bring a very high impact to us..

People learn and people understand but not many people try to apply what they learn..

Research mode??

Assalamualaikum...

How your day today?? Good or bad?? Or simply just boring??? I know it's been a while since I am blogging.. Why? Busy la.. Hahaha.. Lame answer lol.. Actually I am not that busy.. Just sometime try to act busy so that people will see me working instead of going to supermarket, watching movies.... Hoho.. No offense!!..

My class this semester consist of 3 classes but a very small amount of student.. only 34 students.. Means??? I have lot of free time!!! Another responsibilty when you are an academician is to do a research... When the word research come out, what was in your mind??? It must be something like the picture below right???



Hoho.. But sorry guys.. I am not that kind of researcher.. Mine only consist of pen and paper and of course plus a calculator.. What do we Mathematicians do are, we do a re-search among existed information and then we manipulated the information change it into a Mathematical model... Lots of ways to do a Mathematical modelling such as using Laplace transform, Fourier transform, so numerical analysis, ODE, PDE and many more... Sound so easy but actually if your basic Maths is just so weak, your head might explode.. Huhu...

Aha.. Isn't it was right?? That what was happen to me now... I am actually try to do something right now, but trust me, at the same time I am thinking... What the hell I am doing actually??? I don't understand anything I am writing... Mostly just from my observation, or simply my opinion.. But in research any opinion you gave, there must have a support from such as journal or research so that people will believe you... But I think the journal we cited also started with an opinion... Hahaha.. See?? What comes around goes around.... That what we call it as RE-Search...

Maybe I should continue my research.. Continue writing... Ops typing... But the flow seems too easy when blogging... Ideas just come and come... Not like research... 2 hours only 2 paraghraph... Haha.. When will my research will finish actually?? Huhu...
